Unlike many Professional Search Firms, Precision Career Connex operates its contingency search process similar to the likes of many Executive Search Firms.  Our processes are much deeper, and much more thorough than many of our competitors.  We pride ourselves in only presenting the best candidates from the short list of the entire marketplace on every Contingency Search.

A Retained Search is often required when there is an extremely challenging role on the Senior Leadership Team that encompasses a very small pool of qualified candidates within a highly specialized field. Retained mandates often require a high level of strategy, while ensuring that  each candidate is contacted with the utmost discretion and educating our client on the process each step of the way until the role is filled.

Talent Mapping is a standard process that we conduct with every search we work on.  There are however occasions where a client is either new to a region, or looking to enter a region and needs to decipher the talent that exists in a particular marketplace.  There are also occasions where a client may not have a budget for multiple recruitment fees, and may prefer to manage the recruitment of a particular marketplace internally.  Various scenarios such as these would require our Talent Mapping Service.

Typically the consultants in our office are working on positions from Assistant Management to Senior Vice President within the multiple industry verticals we serve.  Typically we do not focus on entry level roles, however as we do believe in building relationships, and we do come across fresh new talent at the entry level,  we don’t mind making introductions to some great people that could benefit your organization for FREE!

Precision Career Connex offers candidate in depth Pre-Screening reports and Reference Checking Services upon our clients’ request.  Background Checks such as Criminal, Credit, Education, and Employment Testing Services are not available at this time.  We do however have some great contacts in the industry that we can always put you in touch with for any of the services you may require throughout the staffing process.
